I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Royal Enterprise (Quincy, MA) in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview was fairly easy and was more conversational than anything else. Just a meeting to get a feel for the other person. It was only 15 minutes, and the hiring manager was kind. The downside is that if you make it to the second interview, you must shadow for an entire day, which is quite a task when you may not even get the job. Also, they didn't describe what the day-to-day functions would be or salary like they said they would in the email. I would have asked, but it was difficult to get most of my questions in.

Question 1
Are you open to being cross-trained in sales, HR, marketing, etc?

Interview
I was invited to a building that looked like a lobby at your doctor's office. I was handed a clipboard, like a new patient intake form, and had to fill it out with other applicants in the room while music and a talk show played in the background. I don't remember the interview questions themselves, but I do remember heavily coded marketing terms that all gave me red flags. Eventually, I was able to understand that the job was door-to-door sales or street canvasing. I turned down the position when I was offered a second interview.
