The interview process was straightforward and engaging. I was interviewed for a placement opportunity by a diverse panel of 7–8 senior managers representing different NHS Trusts. The panel focused on assessing both my technical and interpersonal skills, as well as my understanding of NHS values and information analysis principles. The experience provided valuable exposure to how various Trusts collaborate and evaluate candidates across multidisciplinary teams.
