Interview
Competency based interview with two project managers followed by a further interview with a programme director. Interview was fairly informal and all interviewers were really nice. The interview was virtual.

Talk me through a time when you have dealt with a challenging stakeholder
Not wonderful really. Very wishy washy. Had to chase for decision weeks after, led to believe off to round two but this was not correct. A lot of waffle about systems used which were not part of the role.
