Due to coronavirus all interviews are now over the phone. The interview style is quite interrogative and can get quite personal but this is just to weed out those who aren’t serious from the rest.

Interview
Multi stage military recruitment process. Started with initial enquiry by myself, followed by phonecalls, then a basic IQ test followed by the more difficult trade specific IQ test.
Written interview then followed by a face to face with a SNCO before finding out a week later if i'd been successful and a joining date.
