I applied for a museum educator position online and was invited to do a virtual interview about one month later. At the end of the interview, I was told that I should expect to hear back within a week or two but it's been several months of radio silence. A close friend of mine applied for a position in a different area of the museum and had the same experience, so this seems to be a recurring problem demonstrating the ROM's lack of respect for their applicants.
