HR recruiter contacted me. I had a phone screen with HR recruiter which consisted of getting to know my background as well as description of the role and company. The recruiter was very professional and answered my questions about the role in detail. Following this i had a phone screen with a VP. This was more technical with questions on QA processes, tools and techniques. From him, I also got to know more details about the job and general work culture at Rubicon - both of which appeared very exciting to me. After this i was invited for on-site interview. The panel consisted of about 6 people primarily from PM, DEV and QA. All of them asked very relevant questions and i was very impressed with the deep talent pool at Rubicon - both from a technical and business perspective. There were a few programming questions - neither too easy nor too difficult. The HR recruiter also gave me a tour of their office - they have free lunch everyday and many other amenities. Overall a great experience.
