Rubicon Publishing interview questions

Very unprofessional interview. I spent 15-20 minutes with the interviewer (also president) who didn't really ask me any questions, and was extremely wishy-washy about the process. I wondered why I'd even been contacted because clearly he had no interest in learning anything about me.

Great! I met the owner, and he walked me though their publishers goals, and showed me some print samples of their work. I did get asked the typical "tell me about yourself" question from the get go. He did check his phone during out interview which I thought was insulting to say the least. Afterwards, I met with another employee to go over the same interview process, but received no feedback. I was promised a call the following week, and received no feedback which was dissapointing. Needless to say, this interview made me realise that the future of publishing is very bleak, and there are very few people that will give you a chance...
