You'll meet with a manager, and they'll ask you a few questions. They mainly just want to make sure you're available on weekends and holidays. I doubt they'll mention the barely-minimum-wage starting pay of $8/hr. Then they'll send you off for a drug test and you'll be offered the job if you pass. I can almost guarantee you that if you pass a drug test and can speak basic English, you will get the job. The turnover rate is very high, and they are always desperate for new people, especially in summer.
