Ruby Labs Middle Full Stack Developer interview questions

I went through the recruitment process for a Middle Full-Stack Developer role and went through the technical interview. After waiting, I was told the role was put on hold due to internal roadmap changes and that it was unrelated to my profile and received no feedback regarding the interview. Shortly after, I saw Ruby Labs opening new related engineering positions. From a candidate perspective, the process felt poorly managed and not transparent. Candidates invest time preparing and interviewing, and I expected clearer communication about whether the role was actually active and approved. Overall, this was a frustrating candidate experience.
