Rudolph and Sletten interview questions

Interview was good except they went with more experience candidate. Should of been up front teu we’re looking for more experience candidates so I won’t waste my time thinking they were hiring fur and entry level

Phone interview first. They will give you a scenario of a problem and ask you how you would resolve it. If you move to the second interview, you will usually meet with a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive, Project Manager, and a Field Office Coordinator. More than likely these people are working on the project you will be working on. My interview was friendly and I felt at ease. They told me about the position. Asked about my past experience. I also asked questions about the company and culture on both the phone and in-person interview.
