RuffleButts interview questions

Team was very friendly. I really liked the company and the culture. The process was straight forward which was nice. The questions were ones that made sense for the position.

I thought it went great. I had one phone interview and was asked to complete TWO comprehensive assessments, which was essentially free work. I see now this is a trend from this company after reading through other reviews, getting people to interview, complete and “assessment” and then take their work and ghost them. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent practices. I'm disappointed that I wasted my time doing free work for them to just steal. Thats what it is, stealing.
