Hire interviewers who actively know what they’re doing instead of staring blankly and looking off to read questions off a paper. make an effort to make the candidates feel welcome and informed about the job instead of looking disinterested and barely explaining the role, along with being unable to answer questions the candidate asks in regards to the role.

The first stage consisted of an online assessment, answering scenario questions. Then, I was interview by another employee who seemed inexperienced in conducting interviews, followed by in-person group assessment day
