Brief phone conversation with recruiter, then interviewed with vice president of marketing. Interview took about half an hour. Was called that afternoon with an offer. I asked about vacation and pay. Recruiter asked if they could take that info and call back later. Called back offering vacation time and higher pay, and I accepted.
