Rush-Copley Medical Center interview questions

Did a phone interview. Then asked to do an in person interview. After that I had to wait until I got a phone call or looked on the portal to see if I got the job.

There is a link to apply for a New Grad position, where they screen you. If chosen you need to put together a little portfolio which includes some documents, and a 1 page paper on why you should be selected. There was a slightly tedious part of the portfolio where you needed pasty clinical instructors to take a 5 min survey on your behalf and submit it. Overall, not overwhelming, and seemed like they cared.
