Interview
When applying for this role, the Infor ATS system was used. This was a poor experience for the applicant because after uploading a resume, the applicant still has to manually type in all the information.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rush University Medical Center (Oak Park, IL) in Mar 2026
Interview
Applied online, after about two weeks, I was contacted by a recruiter via email to schedule a time to speak on the phone, and days later, was called by the recruiter who discussed my operating room experience on my resume. Talked about pay for new grad, (very firm on pay). Asked about call requirements, but the recruiter did not know. Scheduled an in-person interview, and sent over a shadow form to complete to take with me on the day of. The week of the interview, another recruiter contacted me to reschedule it since the original time no longer worked for the managers. Ended up rescheduling to the following week. Went in for the in-person interview, met two managers in a conference room, and asked questions about my OR experience and basic interview questions. They made no mention of the shadow opportunity as originally planned. After they advised me that several new grad nurses were on staff, I was no longer interested.
