Russell McVeagh interview questions

I was called by the Talent Aquisition Specialist to do a phone screening, that went fine. Then I went in for a one hour long interview. It was traditional competency and behaviour-based questions, over all I actually thought it went well but weirdly they just never got back to me, I chased them twice and I just kept on getting delayed until in the end I gave up.

The interview process was very standard, in line with what I experienced interviewing at other large firms. The interview focused on learning more about your character based on your experiences recorded in your CV.
