getting accepted was easy; you take an exam with 3 types: industrial, verbal, and numerical. Even though it is time-pressured, the exam scores do not usually matter since it's the interview and CV that really matter. What they are looking for is a prospect with good communication skills. The downside of being an intern is you don't get paid.

The applicant has to pass at least 5 interviews from different department heads.
