Super casual interview process. Met with two managers, one seemed to know a lot more than another. Seemed like they were desperate for help. Hired and did paper work upon first interview.

Interview
The interview started with a tour of the facilities in which they spent most of the time bragging about how expensive everything was, including the elaborate "man cave" playroom for the owners. When it came time to discuss salary, benefits, PTO, etc., they said there was just no wiggle room because of all the other investments they're making.
The interview was quick but thorough. I met with the FOH manager, general manager, and another manager. We discussed the menu in general and discussed the beer in depth. Overall, not a bad interview.
