Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) in May 2022
Interview
Fully remote process, moved very quickly! Had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, proceeded to make the next round- a Zoom call with a panel of 4 interviewers, then had a final phone interview with an HR representative and received an offer. All within about a week's time, but this will vary based on the department and their needs.

Interview
I applied online and made it through to first phone interview. Interviewer was director of the Center for Women and Work. We had a 15 to 20 minute conversation going over particular details of the job, and emphasized that the position is grant-funded. Overall, it was normal, casual interview. Interviewer told me that they would notify me on whether or not I'd be going on to next round the week after, but it took them over 2 weeks to respond.
