I had to give a 15 minute presentation about my work and experience. Then, there was a 1-hour question session. The process was friendly and not too stressful. There were technical and management related questions.

Describe a situation where you had to learn a new technology quickly. How did you approach it?
Apply online then an online on demand interview then assessment day where they have technical questions for one hour which need to look online for electronic engineering interview questions for practice then another interview competency for another hour.

One of the technical questions was about knowledge in electronic engineering like PID controllers and amplifiers.

Interview
Day touring the facility and speaking to other candidates / employees. Many people stayed overnight due to the length of the process (i personally did not). There were Reasoning Tests and English tests initially before the tour and more in-depth questions regarding the role there.
