I applied for the position in late July. In mid-August, I was asked to complete a design assignment within three days deadline. As I was working full time, I could only work on it during the evenings, but I still submitted it before the deadline. Two weeks passed with no response, despite a follow-up email from me. Now, in early September, it appears I have been ghosted after completing unpaid work. lesson learn

Video call- questions and answers with branch manager and a quality inspector. Questions were pretty straightforward and it wasn’t too formal. I didn’t hear anything back for a week and then I emailed. After a day I got a reply to say I got the job.
