Interview
Basically you do an english test, where you have to do some grammar questions and write a text; if you pass the test you go to an interview, and if they choose you, they call you in a few days
I really think Ryanair interview is pretty simple. The question they make in the interview are fine, you just need to be calm and confident in you capabilities. Be yourself, and show them you are the right person for the job

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
