Simple and straightforward. There was 3 competence interviews followed by an test flight in a simulator. The interviewers we're extremely knowledgeable and made every effort to make it a smooth process
Nice, it was very difficult but after the interview I was offered a job and I accepted it. The said I had no people skills but it was fine as I would be a pilot and it wouldn't matter anyway.
