I had two interviews, one with the Multi-Market Operations Manager and then a second with the General Manager. Both were very friendly and professional. The first interview was more of a conversation about understanding the needs of the job and the type of person that Ryerson was looking for. The second was more formal but he still made me feel very at ease and relaxed. All in all, it was a good experience.
