I applied online. I interviewed at Rylo Media Group (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied for a position with this company under a different name called Tusk and Consultants Promotions. I should have known that something was off when there was virtually no job description. Nevertheless, I got a call back within less than 24 hours of applying for an interview the following day. I was asked a few basic interview questions and then told how much I could make with commission opportunities. I was also told how I could advance within the company. Something did not feel right considering the job title did not match what the interviewee was describing. I asked what a day is like at the office but the person interviewing me said that would be covered in the follow up interview the following day. I had completely lost interest and trust by the end of the interview. The job title did not even match the job given. Based on all the cues, it sounds like a sales job which is not even close to what I was applying for. If that was what they were looking for, they should have stated so and not some bogus job title. Unless you want a sales job, do not apply with this company. Overall interview was less than 5 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rylo Media Group (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied through Zip Recruiter, company responded same day to resume submittal. Asked to come in for an interview the next day! Interview was meant to "weed out" the weak and not open minded candidates. Interview went well with the General Manager, focused on the candidates strengths in business, versus other companies that focus on the "negatives" like other businesses in Las Vegas job market. If you make the cut, you will be asked to come back for a 2-3 "working" interview with a team lead that will take you into the field to show you how the business operates. Upon recommendation of the team lead, you may or may not be offered a job.
