My interview experience was quick and to the point. They want to get to know you as a person. For the Customer Service Rep role, I had two interviews. The first with HR and the second with a few members of the team I would be working with.

Set up an initial Zoom interview after several emails. Entered the "room" early. The host acknowledged, said they would need a few minutes, and never showed. I waited over 20 minutes. Nothing. Super unprofessional. No further contact.
