I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at S&M Brands (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Four "rounds". Phone interview is round 1, In-Person interview is round 2, Background check/credit history scrutiny is round 3, finally a "ride along" is round 4.
The interview questions are completely generic and don't really serve a purpose other than to see if you can come up with a decent answer. They base hiring decisions on what is on your resume. If you don't have what they want to see on your resume then you will not get hired. However, even if your resume disqualifies you from the position they will still take you through all 4 rounds of the process before informing you that you didn't have the experience they wanted and are passing on you. This is not very courteous as the process is time consuming and takes many weeks to play out. The decent thing to do would be to inform candidates right away that they will not get an offer because of their resume instead of consuming their valuable time.
