It was terrible. It was done very rushed. Barely had any say, the founder interviewed me and he had so much to say. He asked a question and while you are answering he thinks he can inject you and answer his version. Not once or twice but throughout the interview. 2nd round was given with no prior notice or information. I was just ambushed by 4 interviewers who gave me an impression that the company is stuck to its olden time and terrible team to work with especially the older Indian man. Again, I barely spoke anything. The founder then once again had another call with me post 2nd interview rounds. I have to mention that the call was rescheduled repeatedly. And once we finally had the call, he told me outrightly that the role was interviewing for wasn’t his priority hence he didn’t schedule my call with importance. It was nice to know that my time is not valuable to him. He then went on saying that this role needs help as his company is unable to keep up with the high turn over rate. I can gather that this company is a red flag with no proper SOP in place. Based on the Glassdoor review from previous employees this company does seem like a terrible place to work at. I don’t think anyone should consider this company. It was shared to me that the working hours are really long as well. Not worth it as I truly believe this company doesn’t not value family time. I hope I dodge a bullet here. I think this company is what I made of every typical SG company to be like, overtime, expect you to work after working hours and even weekend. Probably might even make you feel bad for taking MC.
