I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SADA (North Hollywood, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I received a call from HR telling me about the job opportunity. I was not interested in the beginning but he convinced me over the phone. The first interview was scheduled several days later. It was a Skype video call with their PMO director. Then, I was called back for an onsite interview the week after. The interviewer for the onsite was a PM, a Director of Architecture, and their CTO. The interview lasted about 1 hour.
The whole process was very fast. I was given an offer the day after the onsite interview.
A good interview where I was able to learn more about the company and they were able to learn more about me. Everything was structured and organized with detailed information leading to the interview.

Question 1
Most difficult experience at current job and how did you overcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SADA in Oct 2021
Interview
- 15-min recruiter phone screen
- 30-min interview with hiring manager
Mostly behavioral and situational questions. The hiring manager did not seem very engaged during the interview process and I received a rejection from the recruiter right after the interview mentioning that they were looking for someone more senior.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SADA in Apr 2019
Interview
Was referred by a former coworker. Had a phone screen with a recruiter, who set me up with a video interview with the head of project management. I thought the interview went well. They even said to me at the end of the interview that they were recommending I move on to next steps with the company. A week later I got a short email that said they were not considering me. Overall what a letdown.
