Interview process was enjoyable. Got to ask a lot of seniors more about the company and why they chose to work/stay here for decades. No technical questions. Afterwards we were able to get food and a casual chat with different lines of business heads.

I was contacted by the GM based on referral from current employee.
He knew of some of my past experience and asked if I may consider coming to open a new location. Coordinated in person interview same day and was waiting for me when I arrived
