One interview, one training day. Staff was friendly, but requested us to stay and shadow existing employees for half a day before officially being hired jumping in as we felt comfortable. Felt a bit like an unpaid training at the end the hiring manager said she would get back to us to let us know if we had gotten the job.

It was a short recruiting process: I sent the CV and cover letter in reply tot he job vacancy ad. I was called for an in person interview. I was communicated by phone that I had the job.

How would I deal with the cursomers in a couple of scenarios. My previous experiences. My expectations from the job.
Go into the cafe, asked questions about my documents, described positions, explained why the organization is important.. Introduced me to other members. We talked about which languages I can speak and the salary.
