SANS Institute interview questions

I went into the screening interview expecting to get more information on the role, the company, benefits, expectations, etc. Little to nothing was offered on this until I asked at the end of the interview. And even then, it was talked around and not clearly communicated. The screener jumped right into very difficult behavioral questions and kept them coming one right after the next. I would expect this from the hiring manager, not the screener. The screener did not make the company or the position enticing at all. It was very intense.

Had a great conversation and received insightful feedback on how to improve. The team struck me as hardworking, collaborative, and incredibly open to sharing knowledge in a phenomenal way. Grateful for the opportunity to connect and excited to keep learning and growing in this space!
