Very weird process. I had a call with HR, and she started by telling me to check the reviews on Glassdoor because they are negative. She mentioned that although most of the reviews are 'too heavy', the CEO is the type of leader that many people don't know how to work with. She then said she was busy and would ask managers to reach out to me and book a call because she didn't have time to do it. Whatever. A few days later, she emailed me saying the managers would contact me, but they never did. The following Sunday, I received an automated message from LinkedIn stating that I would not be considered for the role. It was a very confusing process, but by that point, I didn't want the job anymore. PLEASE, PLEASE read the reviews. This place might be a nightmare. If the process is already like this, and current and former employees are so unhappy, I can't imagine how messy the place might be.
