The SAS Retail Services Recruiter confirmed and explained all expectations in the clear manner. The recruiter had reviewed the resume and experience and explained that, if I agreed with the conditions, I would have to go through a probation period of a month after which, the operation manager would confirm or not my employment.

The questions concerned my knowledge of the supermarket industry and specifically to the duties and requirements of the merchandiser's position.

Super fast and easy interview. Applied Monday night and got an interview a couple days later. Interview was about half an hour and paperwork was done online. Documents and background checks were completed next day and by the second Monday I got an email to expect information on my start date.

Quick on phone with little questions about qualifications. Wanted to know when I could start and offered lowest pay first. Declined offer. Interviewer was not concerned about if job was an actual good fit.
Everything is done via email or text message. You’re never going to step foot into an actual office. I honestly thought it was a scam at first. It was super simple again seem like a scam, but there are too many chiefs in not enough Indians if you get my drift.
