Extended interview process from On-campus recruiting to visiting the main office in Racine. they came back to my campus and I had another 45-minute interview. The interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to. Follow the STAR format to answer questions.

Two back to back rounds of 45 minutes interviews. Each interview was two recruiters, each asking a few questions. They were mostly behavioral questions with a few technical questions. The process was very fast, within a week of the first round interview final decisions were distributed.
