The process is supposed to have three interviews. A phone screen, formal interview, and an interview with the larger team in France over a call. I did not get to the third interview. The phone interview was with a hiring manager, who is kind and easy to talk to. She is very engaged and the phone screen will be pleasent. The second interview, you will have with her and the guy you will be working under, who is based in the US. This interview is a horrible experience. The woman will once again be asking most of the questions and those will be pleasant, but the guy clearly will not want to be there. He is disengaged doing other things, gives a face like you’re a waste of time, and only say things when he somehow criticizes you. You should realize that this company wants you to work for them in the long term (5+ years), but they are not willing to pay you for your value. From what I gathered, you can expect to start somewhere around 50,000. And with a salary like that, I would not recommend anyone go for this position as I doubt you will ever make a decent living at SCIREQ (with a company this small, there is little room for growth).
