I applied online. There were then two rounds of phone interviews with the direct supervisor both times, accompanied by other employees. They were very open about next steps and very friendly

Interview was short, only one phone call. They didn't seem very interested in someone new, it sounded like they were already vetting someone else. Interviewer had almost no personality and made it hard to connect.
