SD Convention Center interview questions

I received an automatic email that my application was moving forward and to contact a recruiter to schedule an initial interview. My first email was unanswered, so I followed up and confirmed a date. The interview was straightforward enough, they were transparent about the salary and job expectations. I was then told I would be followed up with in about a week. After a week, I emailed to confirm the status of my application and never heard anything back. All in all the process seemed a bit disorganized and odd to completely ghost an applicant after meeting with them.
