There was a typical phone interview with generic questions, such as why I was interested in applying. Then they asked more specific questions about the job qualifications during the second interview; I talked about my analysis skills and how I could apply that to the job.

It felt comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was highly professional and very helpful. Everyone was upbeat and guided you through the entire process. I was asked a few personal questions and management was very interested and thoughtful.
