I applied online and received a screening interview. This screening was conducted by someone who had nothing to do with the role, nor by a recruiter. They were not equipped to answer any specific questions about the role, and meeting with them was utterly a waste of time. I never heard anything back from this company, not even a rejection. What idiot set up your hiring process this way? Don't waste your time interviewing with this BS company.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SEI Novus (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2023
Interview
You might be sent a brochure to go through before the interview. Go through the brochure thoroughly as questions get technical about the stuff in the brochure. There are several questions about personal experiences too so be ready for those.

Question 1
Q. What did you find eye-catching in the info-sheet about Novus?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SEI Novus (Austin, TX) in May 2022
Interview
Multiple rounds of video interviews with a final presentation. Everyone is very friendly and happy to answer your questions. The presentation asks you to use their platform to analyze a portfolio. While this is a difficult task, take some time to read the case studies/articles on their website. This fully prepares you.
