Interview
First a Recruiter screen and then two panel interviews, with 5-6 people at each, including employees, peers, leaders and HR in each panel. The panels were round robin, and each lasted a full hour.

Question 1
The final round included questions like: Why are people poor? Does systemic racism exist? It very much felt like rather than look for the most qualified and experienced candidate, they were looking for the most "woke". The questions were political firecrackers, and they were clearing looking more for a political fit than the best candidate for the job.
