I was contacted by a recruiter directly. It seemed like a good match and I was seeking a position like this. First I had a call with the recruiter, who was very tuned in and had worked with SETWorks for several years. That call was informative and gave me what I needed to know about the opportunity. Following that interview my information was submitted to the hiring manager, and they decided to interview me directly. My second interview was with the VP of Marketing at SETWorks, it was also a good interview, she was a strong host and gave me a good understanding of the team and short term goals for the Demand Gen program. I did not have a bad experience, unfortunately that is as far as I got with SETWorks. There were additional interviews in the hiring process, it is fairly involved. I would estimate you're looking at close to 3 weeks in coordinated interviews minimum before you'd see an offer letter.
