Friendly and comfortable interview process. They moved very quickly from the initial interview to a real offer. Also very quick negotiation. Team at SFL is very organized, have a good training/onboarding program, and are set to grow.

The interview was fairly easy. The people who interviewed me were nice. The office is really young, and to be candid, unprofessional. I noticed a lot of people cussing, smoking, and randomly moving around when I was there.
