It's an easy but very slow process, it's paid but they don't offer many options. I think it's really really good for some people, I enjoy it very much!

It is a very long process. Several tests (English. spanish, cognitive, logical), then a zoom interview in two parts (english and spanish). Job offer is not guaranteed, it depends on the clients needs.

Easy. My recruiter was amazing. They speak about why working there would be a good fit for you first, and then they start with the job interview. I loved it. It gave me confidence.
