Multi round and a panel interview over several days. Included HR and coworkers. Senior leadership included in the process. Offer was received a couple of days later. The job description included some internal language that was not industry standard.

Interview
Good interview process. Multiple interviews with hiring manager first, and then with the team. Questions are both technical and situational. I was offered a description of the position, and I was given the chance to learn more about the role prior to the interview.
It was easy and the interview was full of technical experience based questions. Also soft skill based questions take place. They did not make any analytical tests or asked analytical interview questions.
