I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SHIFT Communications in Nov 2020
Interview
Two interviews; one with the SVP, VP, and SAM and another with HR.
Overall, it was a pretty streamlined interview process and was very standard. Prepare by reviewing the company's website and social platforms and be prepared to talk in depth about your resume experiences.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SHIFT Communications (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I submitted my resume and was contacted by their HR for a phone screening and then went in for an in-person interview. I was told by HR that I was interviewing for an Account Coordinator position and I thought I had a good in-person interview. When HR followed up with me, I was told the hiring manager thought I was a good fit but was looking for someone who was at the Account Executive level. I was a bit surprised since I was told the position was for an Account Coordinator.
A couple months later, HR contacted me again saying the had another Account Coordinator position open and if I was interested. I told them I was, but did not hear back until a few month later only after I emailed to see what the next steps were. After, I was scheduled to have an in-person interview with two people on the team. I arrived for my interview and the people interviewing me did not seem interested in being there as if it was a favor to interview me. I never heard back again after the interview which I was not surprised about.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SHIFT Communications (New York, NY) in Sept 2015
Interview
HR recruiter contacted me and arranged an interview within the next few days. After the interview I heard nothing for about a week. I reached out to the recruiter inquiring their decision, to which she responded they decided to hire for higher positions instead.
