Interview
Interview process is backed by science and followed SHL's structured interview framework, thus felt professional but impersonal. Cognitive and competency-based interviews can be demanding, depending on personal perception and opinions on IO Psy. Difficult to gauge what colleagues will be like from interviews, but can expect professionalism from all parties.

Describe an occasion where I had to juggle between multiple important tasks, and how I managed my time.

Interview
The interview process was good there were 3 technical rounds and one final hr round.
I completed first two rounds but not able to clear final technical round.
The interviewer was nice and helping in nature.

Standard dsa questions of trees, linked list and some aptitude based questions. They focues a lot on SQL.
