I applied online. I interviewed at SIAC (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sept 2023
Interview
Great. SIAC sets the bar high when it comes to creating a great interview experience for its candidates. With "Remote" in the job title I was unclear if it was a remote position, it wasn't but the time Perry spent to explain the position was really enjoyable and speaks highly as to the caliber of fine people SIAC has.

Question 1
The interview was a courtesy call to let me know the position was more geared toward an entry-level applicant and to let me know it wasn't really a remote/work-from-home/WFH position. But over the years of switching from job to job, I had created a bunch of profiles at SIAC, and not only did the Talent Acquisition expert surface that, but he reached out to the Ops team to consolidate. Very kind. In addition, he was liberal with his time and gave me more insight into the domain I'm looking at. Enjoyable encounter!

Quick and fast to get back in regards to a job offer, with 2 rounds of interview within a week. The HR is professional in handling salary negotiation and manages to negotiate within purview of preferences.
