I applied online and had a really good overall experience. I first spoke with the recruiter (she was super nice), then had a Zoom interview with the accounting lead, who was fun and easy to talk to. After that, I came in for three rounds of in-person interviews. The accounting lead even came out to introduce herself in person and made sure I had water, which I really appreciated. The only stressful part was the technical questions during the in-person rounds everything else felt pretty relaxed and conversational.
