Interview
Was first contacted by SITA HR via LinkedIn. After a screening call with the HR, completed three rounds of interview within three weeks. Interview arrangements were prompt, professional and with regular updates by HR.
Interviews were first a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager, followed by two Skype calls (with and without video) with the head of function, and an executive level for the function.
It took about a month from the first HR contact until the job offer was drawn up, done and facilitated professionally.

Complete process iş going on very slowly. First they call you, to ask initial questions, then first panel meeting with hiring managers after 3 months another panel with 4 potential colleagues which seem to me weird. Weeks after 3. interview no response even update e-mails. 2 months after the negative response which is an auto e-mail without any explanation
